Abstract:
Results of the analysis of influence of the fourth industrial revolution on character and content of labor activity of workers of the industry are given in article that causes need of improvement of organizational and economic mecha-nisms of human resource management on a wide range of questions, one of the most relevant among which is a motivation of workers, to be exact her innova-tive focused development directed to activization of productive innovative activity of level "to the industry 4.0". Tools of the innovative focused motivation of employees of the hi-tech enterprises are offered what can be used when developing tool modules of mechanisms of attraction, motivation and deduction of the persons having necessary qualification and competence-based level in the sphere of innovations.
