Abstract:
Currently, there is a disparity in Kazakhstan between the capabilities of private subsidiary farms that produce up to 90% of livestock products and the availability of a feed base when the population does not have enough land to obtain green, coarse and juicy feed. There was an urgent need to provide state support to private households through the creation of an appropriate legal framework for the organization of self-government and amendments and additions to the Land Code for the regulation of communal lands.
