Abstract:
The search for and attraction of talented employees to the workplace is not the only factor in the successful operation of the organization. It is necessary to carry out a continuous process of improving the talent management system. The article focuses on how organizations should use the talent management system to retain talented employees in order to increase the competitiveness of the organization
