Abstract:
The article deals with topical issues of the formation of regulatory systems from the point of view of modern concepts of management of state, municipal and business structures. Also, the author presents the most complete classification of labor regulations (as key elements in the systems of regulation), carried out on eleven grounds: the level of hierarchy in the system of regulation; on the territory of action; on the volume and nature of action; on the degree of Directive; on the content; on the inclusion in the quality management system (QMS); on the component of the labor system; on the term of action; according to the degree of unification; current status; form of representation. The features of each type of regulations are given.
