Abstract:
The paper is dedicated to the question of personnel education system improvement in Russia. The author gives the description of features of dual education model which is used by a number of the European countries. Moreover, the author lists shortcomings which should be taken into account when introducing the elements of the dual model in the domestic educational practice.
