Abstract:
The lack of special education for future specialists in the sphere of housing and communal services (HCS) is on of the socially significant problems of the modern economy, and, as a consequence, there are insufficiently high requirements for professional training. The state standard for the training of specialists in the sphere of housing and communal services in conjunction with the secondary vocational education appeared only in 2015, and is not yet ready for mass introduction in higher education institutions. Federal state educational standards (FSES) based on a competence approach adapt the education system to new economic realities and contribute to the formation of new economic relations. However, the creative change in the education system in the sphere of housing and communal services (housing and communal services) is possible taking into account the specifics of educational design abroad and in Russia.
