Creation of the organized rental housing market: selection of the building site and identification of the target audience

Abstract:
The article presents the results of a preliminary study of such important issues in the rental housing market as the choice of the building site and the definition of the target audience. At this stage of the study we used the method of expert assessments, which resulted in preliminary conclusions about the priority locations of rental housing. The construction of rental housing depends on the target orientation and can be located close to the place of work, or Vice versa in new areas of the city, but must have high transport accessibility, which will ensure the mobility of citizens even without personal road transport. According to the results of the analysis of target groups, young families are selected as the most needy category of citizens in rental housing. The findings will be useful both to researchers of the real estate market and professional participants considering the issue of construction of rental housing.
