Abstract:
The article shows the main directions of sustainable development in project management through the practical example of the company according to which we may see that the companies have already achieved good results due to the implementation of these projects. Having considered practical examples, we suggest a project-oriented approach to the management of these projects and an active-targeted model for managing such projects.
