Abstract:
The rational for the study is a strategy of increasing the defense products output and, as a consequence, the need to solve issues of providing the enterprise with labor resources. Dynamic socio-economic development of the region is ensured through a cluster approach, the central place in which belongs to the industrial cluster, while there are increasing requirements for the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of staff in the framework of ensuring a stable labor market of enterprises. The article is aimed at determination of measures for creation of a stable internal labor market and identification of the main directions of its development taking into account the characteristics of industrial enterprises. In the article we use statistical and analytical methods of research, on the basis of which we show the defining role of industrial cluster in the development of the region's economy. The results of the work are identified signs of creation of a stable domestic labor market and its development through ensuring and improvement of the quality of working life.
