Abstract:
The article analyzes how favorable is the business environment for Russian technology enterprises. We identify the main triggers and obstacles to their growth. We assess options for dynamic entrepreneurship. We analyze the dynamics of global entrepreneurship index and the countries' society network readiness index. We also carry out their assessment for the BRICS countries.
