Аннотация:
В настоящее время все большее внимание со стороны государства привлекают инновационно активные компании с высокими темпами роста. Такие фирмы становятся драйвером развития отечественной промышленности и экономики в целом, на их поддержку выделяются значительные ресурсы. Однако деятельность таких компаний сопряжена с рядом серьезных рисков. Устойчивость роста – одна из таких ключевых проблем, с которой встречаются быстрорастущие компании, и недооценка важности этого аспекта легко может привести к приостановке деятельности такой фирмы и её банкротству. Настоящая статья посвящена анализу проблематики устойчивости роста и развития инновационно активных компаний, выявлению количества российских компаний, находящихся в зоне риска с точки зрения финансовой устойчивости, предложению мер по оздоровлению и поддержанию таких быстрорастущих компаний в российских реалиях

Abstract:
Currently, innovatively active companies with high growth rates are attracting more and more attention from the state. Such firms are becoming a driver of the development of domestic industry and the economy as a whole. Significant resources are allocated to support these firms. However, the activities of such companies involve a number of serious risks. Sustainability of growth is one of these key issues. Growing companies face this problem. Underestimating the importance of this aspect can easily lead to the suspension of the activities of such a company and its bankruptcy. The article is devoted to the analysis of sustainable growth and development of innovatively active companies. The number of Russian companies that are at risk from the point of view of financial stability has been revealed. Measures to improve and maintain such growing companies in the Russian realities are proposed.
