Abstract:
State civil servants are into a certain social sphere, that’s why it is important to form a motivation system in order to make their private interests work for the achievement of a common goal which is the welfare of the state and of each recipient of public services and society. It is necessary to change the working conditions of civil servants so that they can honestly and correctly fulfill their official duties, and will not be able to misuse their official position. This article examines the results of research on labor motivation of state civil servants of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). We suggest the means for its improvement. Their further application will promote the formation and implementation of more effective motivation policies.
