Abstract:
In connection with the ongoing changes in agricultural policy orientation of development of agriculture and especially its agrarian sector, aimed at the preservation and restoration of its resource potential, the solution of social problems of the village. In this approach, the priorities of development of agricultural production inevitably arises the aspiration of the government to provide budgetary support to all agricultural enterprises that are still able to function without falling into complete dependence on private capital, acting in the form of holdings.
