Abstract:
The article analyses the definition of the concept of "labor efficiency". The authors state that the lack of a scientifically based definition of the concept of "labor efficiency" creates problems for its assessment and organization of the reward system for its results. We suggest the definition of labor efficiency as a category which characterizes the capacity of labor to generate an effect using a certain number of labor resources or costs in specific boundaries of space and time.
