Role of digital technologies in promotion of goods and services in global markets

Abstract:
The article analyses the main current trends in the development of digital technologies aimed at promotion of goods and services. We show the data on the introduction of the program "Digital Economy" in the Russian Federation and consider the prospects for its development. We identify the most significant digital technologies ensuring the promotion of goods and services in global markets and the corresponding marketing tools. We examine the effects from their introduction such as differentiation, formation of new sources of income and cost optimization. We show that you can significantly improve the profitability and sales promoted in global markets goods and services with the help of such technologies as "big data", blockchain, artificial intelligence and revenus-management, and taking into account the use of social media, the concept of "Internet things", augmented and virtual reality, psychodiagnostic methods and digital products.
