Abstract:
Numerous studies confirm the fact that a high degree of employee involvement positively affects the performance of the company and is often a decisive competitive advantage. Leading world companies, paying great attention to the problem of staff, constantly introduce new forms and methods of involving employees. The goal of this article is to summarize the experience of involving employees in such well-known companies as Google, Zappos and PJSC "Sberbank of Russia".
