Abstract:
In this article, we set ourselves as an object to examine the problems of formation and functioning of modern food market infrastructure, its main elements, and to study the main development directions of the food market structure in Russia. The existence of a modern market economy is impossible without a complete and effectively functioning food infrastructure. In this regard, the relevance of this topic raise no doubt.
