Abstract:
It has become obvious in recent years that the substitution of domestic products on domestic consumer market with imported products is one of the conditions for speedy economic and industrial development. The article considers the mechanism of subcontracting as a way of cooperation between industrial enterprises and trade organizations, allowing to build the most effective promotion on home market of domestic goods.
The paper empirically analyzed the use of subcontracting mechanism by trade networks of Novosibirsk region that own their own trademarks.
We analyzed the characteristics of the use of subcontracting in the geographical and price cut of the assortment offered to consumers.
We revealed the peculiarities of cooperation between regional, interregional trade networks and domestic and foreign producers. We defined the main trend in price positioning of Russian and foreign goods.
The research of work of the Novosibirsk regional center of subcontracting, of the Chamber of commerce and industry of Novosibirsk and of Novosibirsk region showed a very low efficiency of regional authorities in this field.
According to the results of the study, we suggest to intensify the activity of the regional subcontracting center, to purposefully provide information support to producers, and to assist in solving the problems of shortage of working capital.
The article may present an interest to the heads of regional authorities carrying out industrial and economic policies, to managers of industrial and commercial enterprises, scientists engaged in import substitution and problems of state stimulation of entrepreneurial activity.
