Abstract:
The article studies the issues of sustainable development through the formation of a self-learning enterprise. We consider the labor potential as the main component of organizational development potential, which determines the possibility of transition to sustainable development. We think that the competence approach to the formation of labor potential, which is most successful applied in a self-learning organization, is the most relevant during the transition to sustainable development.
