Abstract:
The author presents historical aspects, economic preconditions, as well as structural elements of the mechanism for managing intel-lectualization of manufacturing enterprises’ personnel. Generally, the obtained results of the theoretical-analytical research are aimed at improving systemic organization of management of industrial enter-prises’ personnel in the period of active innovative transformations and transformational processes of the Russian economy that are pre-determined by formation of the sixth technological mode.
The article may be of interest for scholars, lecturers, postgrad-uate students, master’s students, bachelors of the economic and technical training programs.
