Abstract:
The article analyses the basic research of academic entrepreneurship during the period 1993-2016. The task of this study is to determine the effect of knowledge management at the university on the development of academic entrepreneurship. We found out that the implementation of the knowledge management system at the university can increase significantly the number of commercialized innovations if its implementation is followed by the creation of a business corporate culture and by the motivation of scientists to regular cooperation.
