Abstract:
The government considers the economic transfer to a new level as an important task. A new competitive economic model based on the innovations is considered to be the main tool of improving the quality of life. Evaluation and analysis of the ongoing innovative transformations in economics is a complex practical and scientific task. The article provides an overview of the construction of dynamic series to assess the innovative transformation in the economic system of the largest oil-producing region of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District. The author suggests an indirect method of constructing the dynamic series. The method is based on the processing of the existing dynamic series and on the extraction of the components required for the further study. That gives us an opportunity to use the currently collected official statistics date for the statistical analysis of changes.
