Abstract:
The article is devoted to studying the role of intellectual capital in enhancing the competitiveness of retail companies on the example of Lenta Ltd . The aim of the work was to identify the competitiveness factors related to intellectual capital and their assessment by customers. The most important factors included the following: training program for sales personnel, category management and supplier relationships. The findings are based on the results of in-depth interviews and empirical research whose data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, cluster analysis and analysis of variance.
