Abstract:
The possibilities of massive improvement of agriculture are predetermined by the necessity of modernization of this industry, accelerated development of technical-technological conditions of the production. In our opinion, dynamic socioeconomic development of the macro-region will create conditions for the development of the adjacent economy sectors and for the formation of new highly-productive jobs in the competitive industries, decrease unemployment and increase real incomes of people, increase the volume of own-produced goods amount of investments in the fixed capital in North Caucasian Federal District, as well as the volume of tax and non-tax revenues transferred to the budget system.
