Abstract:
The forecast of future operational costs is a prioritized aspect for the formation of future concept of the investment project management. Based on the research of modern experience of the development of social amenities through studying technical documentation, domestic scientific literature and practices, the author has proposed theoretical and methodological recommendations as for the modeling of expenses for performing scheduled repair in order to extend service life of the building. The formulated conclusions may be applied by professional participants for making competent managerial decisions in the field of technical operation.
