Activization of the investment-construction complex as a factor of a region’s innovative development

Abstract:
The article analyzes systemic problems of the investment-construction complex that have led to crisis phenomena. The authors have made an attempt to prove the relationship between activization of the innovation process in the investment-construction complex and the recovery of the latter after a crisis. The influence of a successful development of the construction industry on the improvement of the regional investment climate and formation of favorable conditions for the development of innovations in the region have also been analyzed.
