Abstract:
In the present conditions of world economy development the innovational way is an inherent condition of the competitiveness in the long run. The article is dedicated to the solution of the problem of revealing the factors influencing on the innovational development of investment and construction complex. The analysis is performed with use of the dominant components method based on the data of the investment and construction complex of the Republic of Tatarstan. The performed analysis resulted in the generalizing factors that influence on the innovational development. Author’s conclusions may be used for the development of programs of the innovation activities support.
