Abstract:
The article contains the results of a research of medical, social and economic measures aimed at prevention of first and secondary blood strokes. This research work has been performed in state autonomous healthcare institution “Rybno-Slobodsky Central District Hospital” in 2013–2015. A successful development and introduction of “A school of blood stroke” has been described. The dynamics of the decrease of acute cerebrovascular diseases and secondary blood strokes, mortality and incapacitation rates of the population of of Rybno-Slobodsky District is shown. Based on the performed research the author has assessed the obtained cost-saving on treatment and rehabilitation of patients with various forms of blood strokes through timely performed prophylaxis of primary diseases and secondary blood strokes.
