Аннотация:
Данная статья представляет собой третью часть исследования международных журналов по жилищным исследованиям. Настоящая работа содержит анализ журналов, которые издаются не только ведущими издательствами мира, но и выпускается некоммерческой организацией, осуществляющей международную деятельность в области жилищных исследований. Помимо традиционного для данной серии исследований анализа тематики, наукометрических показателей журналов и отдельных публикаций, нам не только удалось сформулировать перспективные направления для отечественных исследований, но и определить специфику научных и общественных мероприятий, проводимых в мире по жилищной проблематике. Проанализированные в статье журналы отражают многогранность жилищных вопросов, решение которых сопровождается проработкой социальных вопросов общества. Результаты исследования будут полезны для тех, кого интересуют вопросы социальной жилищной политики.

  • ► отличие специального выпуска «International Journal for Housing Science and Its Applications» от специальных выпусков в других изданиях состоит в том, что материалы статей обсуждены на конгрессе и у авторов была возможность учесть замечания и предложения соратников в тексте статьи, что ускоряет продвижение научной мысли
  • ► отечественные исследователи, кто желает повысить свою узнаваемость в экспертной среде и поднять цитируемость, должны заниматься, в том числе, масштабными исследованиями
  • ► можно предложить очередной «лайфхак» для российского экспертного сообщества о формировании собственного рейтинга академических лидеров в сфере недвижимости
  • ► на сайте журнала «Journal of Sustainable Real Estate» размещены те статьи, которые из-за несоответствия академическим требованиям были отклонены и не допущены к публикации на страницах журнала

Abstract:
This article is the third part of the study of international journals in housing research. Present work contains an analysis of magazines, which are issued not only by the world's leading publishing houses, but also by a non-profit organization working internationally in the field of housing research. Besides the analysis of the thematic, scientometric indicators of journals and individual publications (which are traditional for this series of papers), we not only managed to formulate a long-term direction for the domestic researchers, but also to determine the specificity of scientific and social events held in the world in terms of housing problems. Journals analyzed in the article reflect the diversity of housing issues, the solution of which is accompanied by a study of the social problems of a society. The results of the study will be useful for those who are interested in issues of social housing policy.
