Definition and analysis of staff management terms of use in human resource management concept

Abstract:
The article describes characteristics of human resource management concept and determines the relevance of concept application. Considering the analysis of authoritative reviews in Russian scientific journals we define the basic conditions for application of human resource management concept in staff management. We also identify the main obstacles to the concept implementation and ways of their removal.
