Abstract:
Presented article is the second part of the study of international journals in housing research. The results presented in the first part showed a high interest in further study of scientific journals issued by the world’s leading publishers on the housing problems. The using empirical and bibliographic research methods has allowed us to identify not only the scientometric indicators of journals and individual publications, but also to expand the list of promising areas for domestic researchers. The journals examined in the article reflect a balanced structure of the studies on the housing sector, as well as the depth of the social housing policy.

Keywords: available housing, housing policy, housing market, housing issue, housing studies
