Abstract:
Residential property market is one of the indicators that reflect the real state and problems of the country’s economy as a whole. Eventually, the author evaluates the influence of crisis phenomena in Russian economy on the formation and development of the residential property market. The dynamics of changes of the main macroeconomic indices has been analyzed, the tendencies in change of demand and supply on the residential property market in the economic crisis conditions have been studied.
