United typology of business culture as a tool for improving firm management

Abstract:
It has been shown that a united typology of business culture, including culture of professional, leader, bureaucrat and businessman, has the property of self-similarity, i.e. the same set of four types of culture can be applied at the macro level (country level) and the micro level (firm level) of the economy.
To use a united typology at the firm level the strength of culture and culture degree of uniformity are included in the range of cultural properties along with the culture type, that have a strong impact on the implementation of the functions of culture.
