Abstract:
The article reviews and analyzes the modern condition and development prospects of the international customs partnership for the purpose to develop the innovative business. The article pays the special attention to the issue of the inadequate innovative business activity. The conclusion is proven that the most important strategic priority of formation, development and implementation of the innovative business is the active international partnership for further harmonization and unification of the Russian regulatory base with standards and rules of the international customs law and the common practice. The article contains many useful information for degree-seeking and postgraduate students as well as for other researchers interested in issues of development of international customs partnership and optimization of innovative business.
