Abstract:
The article shows the relevance of management competitiveness of innovative industrial enterprises employees in the context of modern economic development, determined by the influence of the sixth technological stage. The authors marked terminological features of the studied problem area. They proposed a structural and process model of management mechanism for the formation and increase of competitiveness of employees of innovative industrial enterprises. Promising areas to apply the findings are practice-oriented interdisciplinary research of problematic aspects of HR management in innovative industrial enterprises, which is actively performed in the fields of innovative management and HR management with multiple points of interaction due to the increasing penetration of innovation not only in the subject area of management of resource potential of employees, but in all spheres of modern economics and management, and this, from theory to practice.
