Abstract:
Currently, the innovative development of modern economic clusters at state and venture support needs outsourcing stimulation of innovative design process, so the implementation of an innovative project necessitates an innovative management technique, i.e. control outsourcing with the integration of all financial resources of the project in the programming environment, such as ERP SAP system. The author presents a procedure for the tripartite interaction of the outsourced enterprise, a venture capitalist and the outsourcer that integrates the paperwork in ERP SAP system. This ERP SAP system facilitates automation of all business processes of an innovative design of “ITC Continuum”, CJSC, which accelerates the timing of development and implementation of any innovation project of the participating enterprise of Skolokovo Fund. “ITC Continuum”, CJSC, with the use of control outsourcing in the integration and automation of all business processes of innovative design, not only increased innovation of management but also freed workers involved in routine operations. These changes helped to reduce management expenses, delegate financial responsibilities to the outsourcer and through control outsourcing functions, attract more highly qualified staff, which contributed to improving the quality and smooth operation of the enterprise, as well as the possibility to focus on the performance of key business processes of each innovative project. The article may be of interest to a wide range of scientists engaged in innovative design using advanced software products, as well as to venture capitalist and grant investors and to the enterprises coparticipating in Skolkovo Fund and involved in innovative development and commercialization of innovations.
