Аннотация:
Проблема обеспечения экономической безопасности считается одной из самых актуальных и насущных для многих стран мира. В особенности, она актуальная для малых развивающихся экономик, которые, как правило, подвержены внешним шокам и находятся в зависимости от мировой экономики по многих значимым аспектам жизнедеятельности экономики. При этом, сама по себе экономическая безопасность страны является достаточно сложным и многогранным понятием, которое включает в себя аспекты продовольственной, энергетической, финансовой и кадровой безопасности страны. Армения в этом контексте также нуждается в обеспечении экономической безопасности, а ее экономика во многом находится в высокой зависимости от внешнего мира и импорта энергоресурсов, продовольствия. В рамках данного исследования осуществлена попытка оценить экономическую безопасность Армении на основе расчета совокупного индекса, который включает элементы продовольственной, энергетической, финансовой и кадровой безопасности страны. Результаты исследования указывают на заметную уязвимость экономики Армении по линии продовольственной и энергетической безопасности, в то время как финансовая и кадровая безопасность демонстрируют более положительную динамику.

Abstract:
The issue of ensuring economic security is considered one of the most relevant and pressing challenges for many countries around the world. It is particularly important for small developing economies, which are generally vulnerable to external shocks and highly dependent on the global economy in many critical aspects of their economic activity. At the same time, economic security itself is a complex and multifaceted concept that encompasses various dimensions, including food, energy, financial, and human resource security. In this context, Armenia also faces the need to strengthen its economic security, as its economy remains highly dependent on external factors and imports of energy resources and food. The article attempts to assess Armenia’s economic security by calculating a composite index that incorporates the components of the country’s food, energy, financial, and human resource security. The findings indicate a notable vulnerability of the Armenian economy in terms of food and energy security, while financial and human resource security demonstrate more positive dynamics.
