Аннотация:
В статье исследуется текущее состояние заготовительной деятельности потребительской кооперации системы Башпотребсоюза. Анализируются ключевые тенденции и механизмы её влияния на региональный продовольственный рынок. Выполнен комплексный анализ экономических показателей. Представлены стратегические направления развития заготовительной деятельности в потребительской кооперации.

Abstract:
The article examines the current state of the procurement activities of consumer cooperation of the Bashpotrebsoyuz system. The key trends and mechanisms of its influence on the regional food market are analyzed. A comprehensive analysis of economic indicators has been performed. The strategic directions of the development of procurement activities in consumer cooperation are presented.
