Аннотация:
В статье разработана модель многоуровневого исследования конкурентоспособности (применительно к сельскому хозяйству), проведена классификация понятий «конкурентоспособность» по уровням исследования. На данной основе построен многоугольник конкурентоспособности сельского хозяйства субъектов Российской Федерации, находящихся в Байкальском регионе, определены их места в Дальневосточном и Сибирском федеральных округах по значениям показателей, входящих в состав индекса сохранности экологической системы. Дана сравнительная характеристика условий развития сельского хозяйства субъектов РФ в составе Байкальского региона и предложены направления их эколого-ориентированного развития с учетом выявленных конкурентных преимуществ.

Abstract:
The article develops a model of multilevel competitiveness research (in relation to agriculture), classifies the concepts of «competitiveness» according to the levels of research. On this basis, a polygon of agricultural competitiveness of the subjects of the Russian Federation located in the Baikal region has been constructed, and their places in the Far Eastern and Siberian Federal districts have been determined according to the values of the indicators included in the ecological system safety index. A comparative description of the conditions for the development of agriculture in the subjects of the Russian Federation in the Baikal region is given and the directions of their environmentally oriented development are proposed, taking into account the identified competitive advantages.
