Аннотация:
В статье показаны результаты исследования современного состояния арктического промышленного рыболовства во внутренних водных объектах на примере Республике Саха (Якутия). Выявлены проблемы, связанные с продовольственным самообеспечением Якутии рыбной продукцией на фоне посткризисной стабилизации финансовых показателей рыболовецких хозяйств в условиях неблагоприятного инвестиционного климата. Предложены меры управленческого характера, направленные на создание благоприятных условий для привлечения инвестиций посредством смягчения искусственных ограничений институционального характера, препятствующих развитию рыбохозяйственной деятельности.

Abstract:
The results of the study of the current state of Arctic industrial fishing in inland waters are shown on the example of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The problems associated with food self-sufficiency of Yakutia with fish products against the background of post-crisis stabilization of financial indicators of fishing farms in an unfavorable investment climate have been identified. Management measures aimed at creating favorable conditions for attracting investments by mitigating artificial institutional constraints that hinder the development of fisheries management activities are proposed.
