Аннотация:
Статья посвящена разработке стратегии развития учебно-опытного хозяйства аграрного университета, созданию на ее базе учебно-производственной платформы, позволяющей студентам и аспирантам вести учебную и научную деятельность. При разработке стратегических направлений и механизма реализации стратегии применялись общенаучные и специальные методы исследования, в частности, библиометрический, сравнительный анализ, классификация, синтез, дедукция, экономико-математические и статистические методы. Предложен усовершенствованный механизм предоставления субсидий в части модернизации инновационного развития сельскохозяйственного производства и капитального ремонта производственных помещений в связи с невозможностью получения кредитов и привлечения дополнительных инвестиций бюджетными образовательными учреждениями. Исследование имеет прямую практическую значимость поскольку ориентировано на улучшение качества образования посредством модернизации учебно-опытных хозяйств.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the development of a strategy for the development of the educational and experimental economy of the agrarian University, the creation on its basis of an educational and production platform that allows students and postgraduates to conduct educational and scientific activities. When developing strategic directions and the mechanism for implementing the strategy, general scientific and special research methods were used, in particular, bibliometric, comparative analysis, classification, synthesis, deduction, economic-mathematical and statistical methods. An improved mechanism for providing subsidies is proposed in terms of modernizing the innovative development of agricultural production and major repairs of production facilities, due to the impossibility of obtaining loans and attracting additional investments by budgetary educational institutions. The research has direct practical significance since it is focused on improving the quality of education through the modernization of educational and experimental farms.
