Аннотация:
В статье рассмотрены вопросы управления бизнес-процессами на предприятиях агропромышленного комплекса. В условиях санкционного давления предприятия АПК России демонстрируют стабильный рост объемов производства продукции, однако современные реалии формируют необходимость эффективного управления бизнес-процессами для минимизации рисков. Неправильно выстроенные бизнес-процессы приводят к росту неоправданных издержек производства и снижению рентабельности, при этом негативный эффект зачастую является отложенным ввиду отраслевой специфики. Управление бизнес-процессами является эффективным инструментом поддержания устойчивости и роста рентабельности, поскольку позволяет отслеживать и оценивать изменения в режиме реального времени, оперативно корректировать технологические процессы и работу персонала предприятия.

Abstract:
The article deals with the issues of business process management at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. Under the conditions of sanctions pressure, Russian agro-industrial enterprises demonstrate stable growth in production volumes, but modern realities form the need for effective management of business processes to minimize risks. Improperly structured business processes lead to an increase in unjustified production costs and a decrease in profitability, while the negative effect is often delayed due to industry specifics. Business process management is an effective tool for maintaining sustainability and profitability growth, since it allows you to track and evaluate changes in real time, promptly adjust technological processes and the work of the company’s personnel.
