Аннотация:
Процесс урбанизации приводит к формированию экономически и социально взаимосвязанных систем населенных пунктов вокруг города ядра – городских агломераций. На определенном этапе развития агломерации остро встает вопрос о формировании единой транспортной системы для обеспечения равной мобильности населения города-ядра, городов-спутников и пригородов, развития логистики, укрепления экономических связей и социальной стабильности. В статье рассматриваются основные понятия, принципы формирования, ключевые элементы и подходы к формированию единой транспортной системы городской агломерации на основе анализа научных публикаций и международного опыта формирования таких транспортных систем.

Abstract:
The process of urbanization leads economically and socially interconnected systems of settlements around the core city – urban agglomerations.
At a certain stage in the development of the agglomeration, there is an urgent need to form a unified transport system to ensure equal mobility opportunities for the population of the core city, satellite cities and suburbs, the development of logistics, strengthening economic ties and social stability.
The article discusses the basic concepts, principles of development and key elements and approaches to the creation of a unified transport system of urban agglomeration based on the analysis of scientific publications and international experience in the development of such transport systems.
