Аннотация:
В статье проводится исследование влияния развития гуманитарного инновационного потенциала Липецкой области на экономическую сферу деятельности региона и подтверждается гипотеза о том, что экономическое благополучие региона во многом зависит от гуманитарной и инновационной составляющей, а именно: формирование человеческого капитала, создание инновационной системы в сфере предпринимательства, повышение инвестиционной привлекательности и имиджа региона. Подтвердить данную гипотезу позволили методика оценки региона по некоторым индикаторам и апробация данной методики на примере Липецкой области. В методике были использованы четыре главных индикатора: институциональная и правовая основа; образование, наука и кадровый потенциал: культурная и креативная активность населения, а также информационно-медийная и цифровая инфраструктура. Апробация методики по данным показателям позволила доказать актуальность созданной методики. Липецкая область набрала итоговых 52 балла. Это подтверждает, что Липецкая область сохраняет средние позиции по сравнению с общероссийским уровнем.

Abstract:
The article examines the impact of the development of the humanitarian innovation potential of the Lipetsk region on the regional economy and confirms the hypothesis that the regional economic well-being largely depends on several factors, including the humanitarian and innovative components. These include the formation of human capital, the development of an innovative business system, and increasing the investment attractiveness and reputation of the region. This hypothesis was confirmed by the regional assessment methodology according to some indicators and the testing of this methodology on the example of the Lipetsk region. In the methodology, four main indicators were used. They are: the institutional and legal framework, education, science and human resources, cultural and creative activity of the population, as well as information media and digital infrastructure. The approbation of the methodology according to these indicators allowed to prove the relevance of the created methodology. Lipetsk region scored a total of 52 points. This confirms that the Lipetsk region retains an average position compared to the national level.
