Abstract:
The article examines the impact of government policy on the effectiveness of procurement in the field of information technology in small and medium-sized companies in Russian regions.
For the first time, a thorough analysis of the main support mechanisms, such as subsidies, tax incentives and educational initiatives, as well as their impact on the level of digitalization in different regions and industries has been conducted. The article identifies key barriers, including regional disparities, low awareness among businessmen and complex bureaucratic procedures. Based on the results of the study, recommendations for the optimization of government policies aimed at stimulating the introduction of advanced technologies in small and medium-sized companies are proposed. This will help to eliminate digital inequality and accelerate economic growth.
The article will be of interest to various researchers, analysts and policy makers involved in projects related to digitalization and economic development. It is important to note that successful examples of regions that are actively implementing various information technology solutions can become a benchmark for other territories. In addition, potential options for increasing interaction between government agencies and businesses have been considered, which can result in a more efficient use of resources and achieve sustainable development.
