The ethno-confessional component of sustainable socio-economic development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

Abstract:
The issues of finding levers of influence on the sustainability of Russia's socio-economic development have become noticeably relevant today in the context of growing geopolitical risks. In this regard, the approaches to increase the sovereignty and unity of the state through moral and spiritual development in general, and the ethno-confessional factor in particular, are of not only scientific but also deeply practical interest.
In the present conditions, the problem of formation of instruments for achievement of ethno-confessional balance as an impulse for socio-economic development at the federal and regional levels has significantly increased.
The authors substantiate the timeliness of the formation of national policy as a basis for the unification of society to consolidate efforts in achieving economic growth, the need to form a single contour for the implementation of national policy in the country, using regional potential. The study has developed mechanisms for the formation of common goals of all levels of government based on a program-project approach to achieve the goals of ethno-confessional balance within the framework of spatial development.
The results of the study may be of interest to researchers in the field of public administration, as well as find application in the practice of federal and regional authorities in the formation and implementation of national policy.
