Abstract:
In the age of the digital economy, small and medium-sized businesses face new challenges. On the one hand, digital technologies open up new sales channels, facilitate access to information and resources, and promote better communication with customers.
On the other hand, small and medium-sized businesses are forced to compete with large companies that have significant resources to invest in digital technologies.
The article studied and analyzed the impact of the digital economy on small and medium-sized businesses, assessed the current state and level of development of small and medium-sized businesses.
To identify strengths and weaknesses, a SWOT analysis was conducted.
Opportunities and threats faced by small and medium-sized businesses were identified.
A strategy for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the digital economy was developed.
The research purpose was to study the impact of the digital economy on small and medium-sized businesses, as well as to develop practical recommendations for small and medium-sized businesses in the digital economy.
