Abstract:
The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in recent years the level of energy security has been significantly affected by the negative geopolitical situation in the world. In this regard, the article is aimed at assessing the geopolitical factors that have a different impact on Russia's energy security. The article examines the materials of scientists who have studied the influence of geopolitical factors on the energy security of the Russian Federation. The assessment of influence of geopolitical factors, as well as their impact on the development of the Russian economy, which at the present stage is reaching a new level of its development in the face of the negative impact of external and internal negative factors, is given.
