Abstract:
The article considers the methodological approach necessary for the formation and coordination of the corporate culture in the stonemasonry industry with its business model, strategic goals and corporate strategy. Foreign and domestic scientific resources on the topic of the article are analyzed. The results of the study are presented on the example of a specific organization in this industry. The scientific novelty lies in proving the validity of the postulates and the applicability of the tools of the Kolyada's methodology in terms of the formation and adjustment of corporate culture in the stonemasonry industry, as well as their adaptation to the conditions of the industry. The recommendations set out in the article make it possible to solve the problem of the discrepancy between the established corporate cultures in the organizations of the industry with business models, strategic goals and strategies that they need for accelerated development in modern conditions. The article will be of interest to senior employees of organizations in the stonemasonry industry and other industries, as well as researchers who are studying business modeling, strategy, strategic goals and corporate culture.
