Abstract:
The monograph presents scientific, theoretical and methodological provisions on the system of continuing professional education (NGO): the prerequisites for its development, the relationship with the manufacturing sector, as well as the foundations of state policy in the field of continuing professional education are considered. Particular attention is paid to the application of the concept of continuing professional education in civil aviation: the concept of personnel training for the transport complex of the Russian Federation until 2035 is analyzed; the features of training and advanced training of civil aviation specialists in the NGO system are shown; conclusions about the current state and prospects for the development of aviation education are formulated. The practical aspects of the formation and implementation of the main educational programs of higher education are separately touched upon, emphasis is placed on the quality of training and the main mechanisms of its control and provision are described. This monograph can be useful both in the work of specialists of civil aviation educational organizations and heads of personnel training units in air transport organizations.
